No, you’re not dreaming, you can now order this trendy (and delicious) burger at your favorite theme park.

Now, if you have someone with specific dietary needs in your family, there is no need to stress about where to eat or what to order when dining in park. My personal favorite is the Penne Genovese – it fits right in at my mother’s Sunday dinner.

With so many new options, there is a choice that will satisfy everyone’s taste buds!

In addition to our new plant-based options, don’t forget about our already existing plant-based items including:

  • Spaghetti and Marinara: available at Louie’s Italian Restaurant, Café 4, Comic Strip Café, The Circus McGurkus Café Stoo-pendous
  • Veggie Pad Thai: available at Confisco Grille. Mythos Restaurant

  • Falafel Pita or Salad: The Burger Digs
  • Rice Bowl: Thunder Falls Terrace

The Cowfish has a great veggie burger last I visited, not to mention the fried pickles!

I’m so excited for all these new vegan options in the parks! For so long, there was virtually nothing vegan and now, it’s a veritable smorgasbord! Thank you! I’d also love to see the Beyond Burger if you can get it.

  3. Hi Isaac!

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am absolutely thrilled you enjoy our Vegan Options. We are pleased to provide vegetarian and vegan menu options at many of our quick-service and full-service restaurants for our Guests. I look forward to your next visit with us!

The pasta dishes are so great! Thank you so, so much for giving us great vegan options! I used to have to leave the park when I got hungry.

  6. It's 2018 Universal where have you been?

Very cool. Better late than never Universal.

All of the pasta dishes pictured in the article appear to have cheese on them. Can you confirm that is vegan cheese?

I’m delighted to see all the vegan options added to the menu !!! I would suggest adding vegetarian or vegan gluten-free options in at least one place in each park. Vegetarian people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance have almost no options and we are very anxious about eating out specially at the theme parks. It would be amazing to see Universal lead the way for us !!!

I am so thrilled that we have made this move. For those of us who eat this way, this is a tremendous addition. For others who are starting to consider healthier and more conscientious choices but don’t have any exposure or offerings this is fantastic opportunity. As someone who is a stand for healthy eating and a Universal team member, this makes me incredibly proud.

LOVE THE VEGAN OPTIONS GUYS!!! I am so happy to not have to worry about what I can eat anymore! the dishes look amazing- going to try them all on my next trip!

Such great news! It normally takes me about 3min to figure out what I want to eat at some places as there’s only 1 or two options to pick from. But now I will have to really think about what I want as there’s more options! But the Impossible Burger is my favorite also the Beyond Meat (hint hint). Thanks guys for being awesome!

I just want to say THANK YOU UNIVERSAL!!

Thank you for having Vegan options that are on the menu! It is a relief to not have to pretend my entire family has an “allergy” in order to order some off menu item that takes longer, while feeling like we are inconveniencing the chef. Would love some Vegan pizza and desserts too!

    • Hey Jaime, thanks for your feedback! Please be assured that your suggestions have been documented and will be forwarded to the appropriate management teams.

Hi, can you tell me if full ingredient lists are available for the foods served at the park and on-site hotel restaurants? My son has several food allergies, and we will need to see all ingredients. Also, is a map available that shows the restaurant locations? Thanks.

    • Hi Stacy,

For the convenience of our Guests with special dietary needs, we have chefs in residence at each of our full-service restaurants (Lombard’s Seafood Grille™ and Finnegan’s Bar & Grill™ in Universal Studios Florida™, and Mythos Restaurant™ and Confisco Grille™ in Universal’s Islands of Adventure™) who can create meals customized to suit individual tastes and needs. In addition, the managers at any of our quick-service restaurants can assist with specific menu questions to help you select appropriate items during your visit. Our park maps show the different dining locations on site and you can always visit Guest Services if you have any specific questions.
