“My Life Would Suck Without You” at Mardi Gras, Kelly Clarkson

Kelly Clarkson is the kind of performer that makes you feel like she’s one of your best friends. Whatever the scenario, Kelly’s got your back with a smile and a song – which is why I’m super-stoked that she’s performing this Saturday as part of Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras.

Kelly’s track history features the kind of music that you can’t help requesting at CityWalk’s Rising Star or belting out into your microphone/hairbrush. (Though, somehow, I don’t sound anything like her…) The girl is on fire after spending more than 100 weeks atop the Billboard charts, winning three Grammys and selling more than 20 million albums. And she’s launching her next album, Piece By Piece, next month, featuring her latest hit, “Heartbeat Song.”

Her concert will immediately follow the bead-filled Mardi Gras parade and take place at Universal Studios’ Music Plaza stage. So, to prepare you for an evening with the “original American Idol,” here are some Kelly Clarkson song selections for every mood.
