Express Pass is poorly organized and is not very “express”

The scare-zones are great for people watching! The scar-actors are amazing and were able to get some really good scares in while I was walking around. The houses…well, the express pass is handy but not as express as they could be. With the express pass we waited 30-45 minutes instead of 75 minutes so, in the long run they are definitely worth the price just remember there will still be some waiting. Universal needs to work on the spacing/timing of letting people into the houses. If you are in a group that is let in during an off time you are either entering just after the scare or just before, either way you miss it. However, the houses are still awesome. The houses are amazing and the actors do a great job. The creators of the houses put a lot of work into the little details to make things extra spooky. Both the scar-actors and the house actors did a great job on their make-up. The characters from the movies/shows we know and love (The Purge, AHS, etc…) are right on target. Overall, I think Universal did an excellent job!!
