And there’s truly no place quite like the Hard Rock Hotel. As its name implies, music is the focus, something you’ll notice immediately when you dip into the 12,000 sq. ft. pool with its underwater sound system.

I loved the Cabana Bay! I haven’t been to the other hotels, but without a doubt I would love them. Hopefully I can revisit and stay at Cabana Bay again. I loved the theme, environment, basically everything about it. Great job Universal!

Which of the on site hotels in Universal offer airport transportation? Thanks.

    • Hi Juan! All of our on-site hotels offer service to and from the airport but transportation must be pre-arranged and fees will apply. As a guest, you can speak with the hotel concierge, and they can help you arrange airport transportation.

My mom and I stayed at Cabana Bay in December. I have to say it was the BEST hotel I have EVER stayed at. The staff were amazing, the food in the bowling alley was AMAZING too. Our rooms were always cleaned with fresh towels in the bathroom everyday. Even the cleaning staff would say hello and smile. The front desk were very helpful when we had questions. We loved the free shuttles that would take us at any given time. We never had to wait very long for one either. 5 minutes, at the most. And the drivers were really friendly too! I cant wait to come back. When I have the money! CABANA BAY IS THE BEST!!!!

Loews Royal Pacific Resort is by far the best hotel at Universal Studios & mine and my familys favourite hotel to stay at. Stayed here about 5 or 6 times now I think, go back every year, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Love the Royal Club Lounge and how the concierge staff in there always remember your name. By far the best hotel iv ever stayed in.

Is park tickets included in the price of the hotels or only a express pass for the parks? Also If I purchase a room on a different site then Universals will all the benefits still apply?
