Capture Your Favorite Vacation Memories with My Universal Photos

Share this post:

When I first started working at Universal Orlando Resort, the only picture on my desk was one of me with Beetlejuice from when I was in high school. As much as I laugh at them now, these pictures really are my memories and souvenirs.

And that is EXACTLY why we’re refreshing the look and name of our photo program – say goodbye to “Universal’s Photo Connect” and hello to “My Universal Photos” – because every photo taken is capturing an adventure or moment that is unique to every guest in the parks.

Capture your favorite vacation memories at Universal Orlando Resort using the new My Universal Photos.

My Universal Photos locations and professional photographers are all over both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. Whether you’re a ride junkie or you love meeting all of the characters in the parks, we’re ready to capture all of your favorite memories. Even those roller coaster photos you can’t capture with a selfie or a photo with the ENTIRE group instead of someone getting left out of the photo. We’ve got you covered!

My Universal Photos features two photo packages that are a great way to capture and share all of your amazing #UniversalMoments:

  • 1-Day Photo Package: Includes one day of unlimited digital downloads of your theme park photos (character meet & greets, participating attractions, etc.), a themed lanyard and discounts on photo products in the parks. Available for online purchase only.
  • 3-Day Photo Package: Includes all of the above for up to three consecutive days as well as one free 4×6 print, one free 5×7 or 8×10 print, and additional print discounts in the parks.

Face the Mummy's curse aboard the high speed roller coaster The Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida.

For a full list of photo locations and further details on the various photo packages, check out the new My Universal Photos page.

Only 3 Days Max! That’s stinks, I usually purchased the 1 year package.

I have an annual Photo Connect Pass. How will this affect that?

  3. Sarah

Hi. I am coming from the UK in August and I bought the 14 day photo connect package last week. Is this still valid? What difference is there between the old package and the new one? Will I miss out on anything?

Please please tell us if there will be a annual pass holder option. My next visit will be for 6 days and my family will be with us for the first two days and our anniversary is the last day I don’t want to spend 89$ to either not get pictures with my family or not get pictures on our anniversary!

It would be cool if the pictures in this post were reprepresentative of the photos available in either package. But they’re not, not even close.

Please can you confirm if existing pre-purchased star card packages are still valid.

Can I do the 3 day photo pass if I plan on going to the parks Sunday and Tuesday?

I called customer service and was told to call Amazing Pictures at 1-800-368-6386. Of course no one answered and I had to leave a message. Is it just me or has Universals Customer service taken a nose dive lately?

tried to post the number to call to have your questions answered. Thanks moderators for removing that post but not actually helping anyone. Great job

    What about a 2-day visit?

Saw this in the pre-sale website: My Universal Photos Rebrand Special good for 5 days and seems to be cheaper.

I booked a trip months ago, but am not scheduled to travel until next month. I bought the 3-day Photo Connect Star Card. What is the difference?

We would love to do this- we purchased it at the “other” parks in your neighborhood and loved it. We didn’t and won’t buy these packages bc it’s only set up for a vacation where you go consecutive days to the park. We want to spread out our Universal time over our week stay bc we love the park! One day doesn’t work bc we have young kids- what if the day we pick, the 8yo doesn’t want to stay still for pics or the toddler is cranky or maybe someone is under the weather… That isn’t a great way to remember your awesome time! Please consider adding another option for us families in similar situations 🙂

Hmmm. Sounds familiar! It works for Disney. It should work here too.

Does the 3-day Photo package need to be used in consecutive days? We will be spending 3 days in the parks but they will not be consecutively but spread out over one week.
