Mischief. Managed.

For many of us who grew up with The Boy Who Lived, and for all fans in general, visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort can be an emotional and life-changing experience. (I’m not really being dramatic – it’s THAT amazing to feel immersed in the world of one of your favorite characters.) So it’s no surprise that we tend to come back again… and again… and again…

Pretty soon, you’re proudly wearing house robes and walking around like – well, like these people:

Admit it, you’ve all corrected someone in-park saying “Wingardium Leviosa” before as well.

When I got up really early to watch the live streaming of the opening of both parks! Then actually cried when I finally got the chance to walk through the wall and into Diagon Alley

I am 52 and have been there more than a dozen times!! 6 just this year. Our next visit is in April for the Meetup for our wedding anniversary and we can’t wait! When my husband asks me where I want to go for my anniversary (and I could pick anywhere) I always look at him with that amazement in my eyes and he knows…The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Orlando! I am hoping to figure out a surprise for him during our visit this year – I just have to think of something GREAT!

We went in August of 2018 and I couldn’t wait to go into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which was the main reason of our trip. I bought a package where we were able to dine in both the Leaky Cauldron and the Three Broomsticks, the food was great and I was able to sample my first Butterbeer. I am now planning a trip back for our 15th wedding anniversary in April 2020 and I cannot wait. We also purchased the photo package for the parks and the only thing is I wish there were more photos set up in the Wizarding World.
