You wave your wand like Harry and tear through the streets like Dom. Take on dinosaurs and fight aliens. Hang with Spider-Man and tame wild rivers. Join the Minions in their mayhem and blend right into Springfield. You know Universal Orlando Resort—now it’s time to own it as a Universal Orlando Annual Passholder.

Passholders are Universal Orlando insiders who enjoy exclusive benefits that aren’t available to other Park guests. And with a variety of passes from which to choose, there’s sure to be one that suits you and your fun- and thrill-seeking-self best: 2- and 3-Park Premier, Preferred, Power and Seasonal passes.

Take a look at these six reasons to become an Annual Passholder and own your own UOAP moments.

1. Exclusive Events

You are the center of the Universe throughout the year during events held exclusively for UOAP. From Mardi Gras to Halloween Horror Nights to Holidays at Universal Orlando to plenty of special events in between, there are events created just for UOAP to own the Parks. And then there’s UOAP Appreciation Days, a special time of the year when Universal Orlando celebrates all Annual Passholders. Be sure and join the UOAP Facebook group so you are in the know when these exclusive events are offered.

2. Exclusive Entry

Early Park Admission at Universal's Volcano Bay

Choose a Premier or Preferred Annual Pass and you can make the most of your time at your favorite Park with early entry into Universal Studios Florida or Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Pass through the gates a full hour before the theme park opens and get a jump on your favorite rides before everyone else. Early entry availability varies, as do the Parks and rides, so click here for details.

And through December 21, friends and family of all UOAP can enjoy Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park for a second day free. That’s right. UOAP can buy one-day Volcano Bay tickets for their family and friends at the Front Gate and you can all take the plunge for a second day on us. Click here for all the details.

What’s more, Passholders also receive early entry into select special events such as Mardi Gras, Halloween Horror Nights and Holidays at Universal Orlando. If you’re a member of the UOAP Facebook group, you’ll be the first to know about these exclusive opportunities.

3. Exclusive Merchandise

This year we introduced a series of collectible buttons that are available only to you, UOAP. Two of the buttons have already come onto the scene – “I Don’t Need a Map” and “I’m dying to visit Carey, Ohio” – but that doesn’t mean you’ve missed out on the collecting fun. Over the next few months, we’ll introduce two additional exclusive buttons – for free – to all UOAP when you visit the Parks.

To make the buttons even more exclusive, there are limited amounts of each, and each is available for a limited time. When you become a UOAP, be sure your email address is up-to-date so you know when the new ones are available.

The buttons aren’t the only exclusive items for UOAP, though. Be sure to pick up a UOAP lanyard to carry your pass and show your UOAP pride, and throughout the year exclusive UOAP merchandise is available for special events, such as Halloween Horror Nights and the holidays.

4. Exclusive Discounts

UOAP receive exclusive discounts of all sorts at Universal Orlando Resort, from special events—including Halloween Horror Nights, Rock the Universe and EVE at Universal CityWalk—to discounts on live shows like Blue Man Group Orlando as well as dining and hotel stays. Passholder exclusive discounts vary by pass type; click here for details.

5. Exclusive – Up to Six Months Free

GIF UOAPs are bosses.

Now that you’ve decided to own your Universal Orlando memories and experiences, we want to extend your fun for up to six months – free. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Choose a 2- or 3-Park Seasonal or Power Annual Pass and get three additional months free. That’s 15 months for the price of 12.
  • Choose a 2- or 3-Park Preferred or Premier Annual Pass and get six additional months free. That’s 18 months for the price of 12.

This incredible offer for new Passholders is valid through April 4, 2019. For complete details and payment options (in-full or FlexPay), click here.

6. Exclusive Renewal Benefits

As a UOAP, you already own your Parks, and we want to be sure you experience them even longer. When you renew your Annual or Season Pass, you’ll automatically get up to six more months of Universal Orlando fun – for free. That’s up to 18 months for the price of 12, whether you’re on FlexPay or pay in full (pay in full and you’ll enjoy 20% off the price of your pass in addition to the free months). Click here to take advantage of these UOAP renewal benefits.

Once you become a part of the Universal Orlando Resort family, or if you’re already with us, own it! Share your Passholder experiences with the Universe using #UOAP. And join the UOAP Facebook group to connect with other Passholders and be among the first to know about all of the exclusive benefits available to you.

Im coming to Universal in November staying in Universal Hotel and have tickets to the parks for the duration.
    Im coming from the UK.
Can I upgrade my ticket to become an Annual Passholder as Im coming back in April 2019?
If so how can I do this and what is the cost please.

Brian how did you get tickets for duration without AP? I’m coming from Canada and would like longer tickets than offered.

Brian I am from the UK and I upgraded my ticket a couple of weeks ago. Just go to the guest relations and they will scan it and tell you how much. It differed based on how much you paid for the 14 day ticket but for me it was an extra $115 so worth it if you are back. I got the power pass but I don’t think that would work for you as there are block out dates in April, you may need a higher pass. Still worth it.
