TODAY Cafe is now officially open at Universal Studios Florida, serving up a unique experience designed to feel like you’re stepping onto the TODAY set paired with specialty food and beverage options. Enjoy fresh in-house baked pastries, salads, sandwiches and locally-roasted coffees, including the exclusive TODAY Cafe Blend.
To open this one-of-a-kind cafe, NBC’s Al Roker and the TODAY team broadcasted live and led the celebration. The celebratory moment included a TODAY “orange carpet” lined with some of Universal Orlando’s most popular characters and a countdown to a pop of orange and white confetti. While here, Al also lent a hand at the cafe by serving specialty menu items to guests, like his first seasonal dish – Al’s Avocado Toast, the organic acai bowl and the Chinatown Chicken Salad.
When you visit TODAY Cafe, you’ll enjoy:
- A venue inspired by TODAY – complete with stage lighting and Studio 1A theming.

- Seasonal dishes inspired by co-anchor Al Roker’s favorite recipes. The first seasonal dish is Al’s Avocado Toast, which is topped with cherry tomatoes, artichokes, roasted red onions, tomato aioli, and is accompanied by bread and butter pickles.
- TODAY’s live broadcast – allowing you to catch up on top headlines of the day, all while refueling for more theme park thrills.
- In the afternoon hours, and in tribute to the fourth hour of TODAY, you can enjoy wine and beer on tap with a delicious cheese platter for two.

OH! MY! GOSH! You won’t believe HOW MUCH I fangirled when I saw the Grand Opening of the TODAY Café! It was LITERALLY the BEST THING I’ve EVER seen! I’m SO going there soon! I’m a HUGE FAN of both their show and the Café!

Like I ever saw at Universal Studios, but I think it is so expensive…
People like me and my family made to moch efforts to go there and enjoy that magnificent experience… In my country with (The Carnegie Platter (UD) – $13.99) that price 3 people eat a full meal with soup and juice.. Think about it…
It’s just my point of view, sorry.
Wen I will be there I try to get in and take a coffee maybe I can pay it… Jajajajajaj

Food was very good and plentiful but service was slow (20 minutes) getting the order together. It was only a salad! There were three people ahead of us. Needs more seating. Team members were great as usual! Regardless we will be back.
