Epic. It’s a word that gets tossed around a lot in today’s day and age, though not one we use loosely. When we label something as epic, we want that experience to live up to the promise that the word makes. Which is why today we are elated to announce the addition of our fourth theme park, Universal Epic Universe, an experience genuinely worthy of its bold moniker.
Universal Epic Universe will offer an entirely new level of experiences that will forever redefine theme park entertainment. Guests will venture beyond their wildest imagination, traveling into beloved stories and through vibrant lands on adventures where the journey is as astounding as the destination. The new location will feature a theme park, an entertainment center, hotels, shops, restaurants and more. Ultimately, this expansion will create more space and freedom to let loose and create lasting memories with the people you love.

By the looks of the map, this new park will be as big as the entire present IoA and US parks combined! That’s a big place! When is the park projected to open??? I had heard that US has acquired more area to develop but that’s really big! COOL!!

I have my annual pass for at least 8 years. All the time when I think about canceling, universal creates something new! Oh boy! My family will be forever universal customer 🤦♀️ I just wish the good hotel in Orlando were less expensive.

I’ve wondered for some time at what might be happening in the area that I could see to the East from the Orlando Eye and now I know.Saying that I am impressed would be an understatement. Very much looking forward to opening day and that is sure to be an Epic experience. Please keep us posted.

At universal studios I love how u hav a lot of choices & places to eat.
You need to include an RV Park somewhere among your properties. We love the convenience at your competitor of parking our Class A RV at a wonderful RVpark and going to all the amusement parks. We are full time in our RV so we have to have it with us. Love Universal but haven’t been there in awhile because of this.

I just returned from a visit to your ORLANDO rip off parks…I paid over $700 for 2 of us to enjoy you parks…WHAT A LET DOWN…. we got the 2 park hopper which was a little high and opted for the front of the line pass of which was not useable for the rides we wanted to use it on….AGAIN WHAT A RIP OFF… also both myself and my traveling companion have limited mobility and use a scooter to gain our independence in a very mobile world all of your parks rides were made non accessible to us via having to transfer into manual chairs of which we were not able to move on our own.. I value having my own independence . I was very disappointed in the way your park made me and my companion handicapped again…. there is no really good reason why a large company like yours should feel good about itself for treating people that way….. I have always loved Universal Hollywood and never have I been treated so poorly at that park…. it has been a long time since my last visit there however we wanted to try the other side of the country if the Hollywood park has change their way of treating people with limited mobility as Florida has I myself will never visit a Universal park again and I would not recommend your parks to anyone with any life limits as your park made us feel more handicapped then we are by taking away our mobility

I am looking forward to a great variety of rides and experiences. I hope that this will not be just a bunch of slow-moving 3D goggles rides. I would like to see a true variety of rides, including some super thrill rides such as roller coasters with multiple inversions, hopefully even dark rollercoasters with inversion loops! Please, include a few rides for all tastes.

Is the new park more to the younger kids and teens ? In the parks now most things to eat and drink and rides are more for older persons. It would be nice if some of the things are for younger kids/when Grandparents and parents would like to take them somewhere close to home.

We are a couple of old fogeys from the UK who travel to Orlando for December! We were saying that this year sadly, may be the last as there are other places to see. However you have just given us the reason to come again! Eek excited, thank you Orlando. Have to say last year was the best year ever in Universal, the staff have been retrained, the loos were cleaned and the park was awesome (to use an Americanism). See you in December!

The logo makes me think of His Dark Materials / The Golden Compass- would be amazing if you guys had a ride (or whole area of the park) dedicated to that universe! I know it’s sort of under the radar at the moment but hopefully with the upcoming HBO series it’ll gain significantly more mainstream appeal. Something to think about!

We have just returned from Universal. Our whole family 9 in totally loved so much of the parks. i am handicapped, but that was not a problem. I was treated in an excellent manner by employees and staff. It is helpful to have a supportive family with you, however. The new addition will be an incredible addition to a great vacation.

Seems like just another “Theme Park” & “City Walk” with Resort Hotels with another $100 entry. That’s what I get out of “The new location will feature a theme park, an entertainment center, hotels, shops, restaurants and more. Ultimately, this expansion will create more space and freedom to let loose and create lasting memories with the people you love. However, given the benefit of the doubt, I do hope Universal will be able to deliver a “new level of experience that will forever change theme park entertainment”. If they do NOT deliver on their promise, it will be obvious this was just a way to stay relevant while Disney Opens Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Wow this is amazing news! Universal is already the best place in the world to go. The Universal employees are the nicest people and are always there to help. I never met anyone that worked there that wasn’t super nice and really seemed to love there job. I just wish I could say the same. The experiences that we already get there are amazing I cannot believe that it’s getting better. I can not wait. So EXCITED! #UniversalBestPlaceOn Earth!

I love Universal Orlando and it might be good to have a new park instead of removing other rides from the other parks, but there is no real detail, no date and it looks far from the other parks, plus if the extra cost for the park is anything like the extra cost for the Volcano Bay Park I will not be going there. If they can show a concept drawing then they could give us a better idea of what will be there so I am not interested until there is much more detail.

Hope this one will have more options then just roller coasters I can’t ride anymore due to neck/back issues. I miss having an annual pass but when I couldn’t handle Hulk, Dueling Dragons, etc it became kind of boring.

We really love Universal Orlando because of their policy on Special Needs individuals. We were travelling from Utah to Fl at least every three years to go to Universal and the other large amusement park. When the other park changed their policy that special needs really don’t receive any priority than we switched our loyalty. Universal has a workable policy that is great for our 48 year old SN daughter. Our daughter is just not mentally handicapped but also has an auto-immune disease that limits her from standing in lines for a long time. With Universal we were able to sign her up for three rides at specific times. Then when those are done we start over with three more. That way we are not walking all over the park with a five hour wait. We can logically stay in one general area then move to the next. Sadly at the competitive park she only gets three fast passes for the entire day. Her auto-immune disease (Scleroderma) wears her out really fast. So going somewhere where she only gets to ride three of the “elite” rides in a day is not worth the money to travel or to spend on entrance fees.

I think there`s too many horror attractions… I`ll never leave my home in California, travel to Florida, pay those expensive tickets to enjoy only 1/3 of attractions.

I am a child at heart…..legs are not young anymore though , lol. And I cannot wait for a trip to the resort. Love being in a dream during a stay and watching little ones discover things at every turn. I probably will have to travel alone but you know I will not be lonely. Until then. ( Sunny )

My name is Luiz S. and I from Brazil and I had a wonderfull time at Universal Studios on July with my family. It was my second trip to Universal Studios. We love Harry Potter and the Wizarding World. I bought a lot of nice stuff at Universal Orlando that are now decorating my house, specially from Harry Potter and Fantastics Beasts. I have the pumpkin juice bottles, a glass of Fleur Fortecuor Ice Cream, a glass of butterbeer, a glass of Hog’s Head, 5 Chocolate frogs cards and Bertie Bots Jelly Belly from my second trip to universal and tons of replicas from Harry Potter in my room. Unfortunally the only thing that is missing to my Harry Potter room is the Skelegro bottle and an Original Butterbeer Bottle to drink (I have only the mug and a non universal butterscotch bottle). I found some wonderfull skelegro replicas and one animatronics robot at a corner of the wizarding world at universal but unfortunally the Skelegros are not for sale. Please make some replicas for sale, they are really nice looking and a lot of people wants to have one in your collection. Some of the products from Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes only sale on the parks and would be nice if they sale online too. I know that u can’t sale internationally some of the sweets so I bought a lot of them when I visited the parks but It would be cool If u could sale randomly just the Cards from the chocolate frogs. I know that some persons want another cards not just the 4 Houses Hogwarts Cards that u sale nationally including my cousin from USA.
Thank you for making Universal Studios the best place on earth to visit. Please consider opening in the future a park in Brazil. Millions of brazilian people would visit and another South American peolpe too.

I am really looking forward to getting more information on the EPIC Universe. We were AP holders when my son was 3. There was a “Buy a Year, Get a Year” promotion. My son pointed to “The Hulk” saying, “Mommy, I wanna ride that!” We didn’t get to go much during that entire time, as I ended up pregnant with my daughter. Fast-forward 14 years…my son LOVES the Hulk, drives out to IOA after work at KSC Visitor Complex when he gets off early enough. This is great because it gives him an opportunity to be more social. My daughter will not go on the Hulk, or anything else that goes upside down, or anything in the dark or with extremely loud music.
I read another comment about accessibility and must admit that there is an issue there. Granted, I do not see near as many scooters as I see at, well you know…and we have passes there, too. Hear me out. I love coasters. Traverse type coasters are my favorite… but lately, ride seat designs have been such that if you do not fall into the average body type, you cannot go on it. When you cannot ride four of the rides the rest of your family wants to go on, you start feeling left out. So, why renew a pass if you can’t ride Forbidden Journey.. or Hagrid’s…

The firts time I visit Universal Studios with my parents was 1994.
There after I visit it in 1995,1996,1997,1998,2000,2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007, 2010,2013,2015,2016,2018.
Total is 17 times and I still love Universal Studios,Island of Adv.Wet&Wild Volcano bay,BuschGardens and Sea World.
