Thoughts on the Opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley

I can finally say it: The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley is officially open for you to enjoy.

The journey that brought us to today stretches back to before we broke ground on Hogsmeade, and it has involved countless hours of planning, imagination, and hard work. But I know I speak for our entire team when I say that seeing the expressions of wonderment on the faces of guests and hearing their enthusiastic reaction to Diagon Alley makes every minute of it worth the effort.

Each project we undertake here is unique, but this is the first project that was a sequel, in a way. In 2010, we were able to take the stories you love, the stories J. K. Rowling and Warner Bros. entrusted us with, to tell the story of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade.

And today, I stood in Diagon Alley as one story, now much larger, connected our two parks.

Someone asked recently if there were any particular moments that stood out to me during the creation of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley. I had to honestly answer that they are too numerous to count.

Every day, I got to see the sparks of creative and technical brilliance, extraordinary dedication and tremendous passion that have gone into making this a reality. Our expectations and expectations of our guests are quite high. We hope that we’ve not only met them, but have exceeded them at every level.

Our goal has always been lofty, but simple: that the time you spend here creates memories that last a lifetime.

I think universal should hand out a fast passes to eliminate the wait time to get on the new Harry potter ride especially in this hot weather and not have to wait anywhere between 5to 7 hours which is absolutely stupid you woul think universal would be much more organized
