Universal’s Volcano Bay joins Universal Orlando’s line-up of theme parks as a first-of-its-kind water theme park, full of unbelievable thrills and perfect relaxation.

When Volcano Bay opens in early summer 2017, it will feature dozens of attractions – from a multi-directional wave pool with sandy beaches, to a peaceful winding river and so much more. Did I mention there will be speeding body slides that drop from the top of the 200-ft. volcano into the waters below?

Included in admission to Volcano Bay, you’ll also receive the TapuTapu wearable, which uses innovative technology to let you spend less time waiting in lines and more time enjoying all the incredible attractions at the water theme park. It also triggers special effects throughout the park with a simple tap!

    No Annual Pass Info? Ridiculous!

    • Austin

Universal has stated both via their official Annual Passholder Facebook Group and other social media accounts that Annual Pass information will be announced at a later date. Rumor is early next year.

That being said, I still agree with your statement! Tons of APs don’t do social media like that so they should have stated that in this article, too.

calm down people. at least wait till Universal keep making announced, this is just a start, beside those prices are even more cheap that a lot of us was expecting, if it was Disney nobody will complain about it, and also is a brand new water park, so far is look better than others, and for those who are talking about going to aquatic, don’t forget when they started….

Yeah, close down the affordable park so you can charge twice as much for admission for the new one. You’ve lost a family of customers. You took away the best possible way to enjoy an impromptu summer afternoon at the water park, and no effort to try and save face will change that.
