Our annual passholders are some of our most loyal fans and we’re always looking for ways to revamp our UOAP program for them. Today, we’re excited to officially announce that we’re rolling out a new Annual Pass program that includes more benefits, a new pricing structure and an all-new pass.

MORE BENEFITS

There are now even more benefits for our Power, Preferred and Premier annual passholders to enjoy:

Premier and Preferred annual passholders now have Early Park Admission to enjoy access to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure one hour before the park opens to the public.

And, we’ve removed summer blockout dates for Power annual passholders – so now you can access both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure ALL SUMMER LONG.

ALL-NEW SEASONAL PASS

We’ve also introduced a new pass option, the Seasonal Pass, to our UOAP program that grants access to the parks seasonally throughout the year.  We’ve added it to our lineup to give you more options so you can choose the best Universal Orlando Resort pass for you. When will the early admission start?

For preferred and premier passholders, this doesn’t appear to provide any new benefits. It just appears to be another price increase—the second price increase this year. Adding insult to injury, this one came with no advance notice and occurred during the middle of Passholder Appreciation Month.

I feel like Universal used to really care about their guests. Now that Comcast has begun to inject their “the customer comes last” practices into the parks, prices have increased dramatically and the quality of service has noticeably declined.

I have been a loyal Annual Pass Holder for over 12 years, but If Universal continues to increase the prices on the renewal I will be forced not to do it. We are 6 members and all have AP. You should revised the billing schedule based on the years. Or just use it to the Florida residents, to motivate us not to disappointed us.

Very disappointed in reading this. We were planning on buying APs for our upcoming trip in a few weeks. We just finalized all the plans and came to the site to purchase and discovered that the Preferred pass increased about $40, without any notice! We were planning a 4 day visit this month, then another 3 or 4 day visit in the spring. The added ‘benefit’ of early entry means nothing to us as we never visit the parks early in the morning to begin with. We now need to reconsider if we are going to include Universal in our plans this month.

Every time UO appreciates me it costs me more $. Price increase in the middle of Appreciation month (nice touch). Eliminating ice water at the coke 100 machines. UO sez to shorten lines. I say if you plan on selling a 1000+ cups you need more than 12 machines and put them in theme areas. Speaking of theme areas LOWER the music..I didn’t come here to yell my conversations and to go deaf. Sorry but we ARE NOT appreciated. Will not be renewing once passes expire. Between you and The Rat I finally reached that breaking point.

Every thing goes up where ever you shop ! Why not the tickets?Wages go up, groceries also. Stop complaining and enjoy the beautiful parks.

I love being a Premier Pass Holder. Disappointed that you ran out of the special pins offered to the pass holders for HHN. Don’t know if you will make more to the pass holders that request them would be a plus. I do want to thank the Guest Service representatives in the park. When my wife and I went to HHN on the 26th we were told there was no more UOAP cups left. (only after searching hours for ourselves) I went to the Guest Services window to ask if they could find any for my wife and I. The lady at the window (sorry I didn’t get her name) went out of her way to see what see could do. She was able to call the merchandise supervisor and found two of them for us. WOW We were so happy. Not only that but the merchandise supervisor personally delivered the cups to a shop close by. Unbelievable!!! I can’t tell you how your staff was patience with me and the service was beyond my expectations. THANK YOU THANK YOU. I also wanted to thank your staff on how well our HHN visit was so much fun do to all their efforts. We are looking to come back for Christmas and Mada G. nights. Plus when ever we get the time to go. We do have have a question about Mada g. How can we get on a float to throw the beads. We did this several years ago and would love to try it again.

I thought premier pass-holders have no black out dates an valet parking all year round, apparently it was only to get you to buy
