If you’re a Harry Potter fan, there’s no event like A Celebration of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort. You get to see stars from the film in person, explore props and memorabilia from the films in the Harry Potter Expo, experience special panels and demonstrations, and meet some of the amazing creative contributors to the Harry Potter world.

Oh, and you’re just a short stroll from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley. That little thing.

If you can’t join the festivities in person this weekend, I’ve got great news. We’ll be live streaming two of the panels right here on the blog and have live Periscope coverage from the Sunday movie prop design panel.

Friday @ 7:30 PM EST — Opening Night Event
See all the film stars on stage together. And get introduced to all the incredible guests who will be a part of this weekend’s activities.

Saturday @ 6:45 PM EST — Harry Potter Film Tribute
The celebration continues with a special evening event featuring a Q&A session with select Harry Potter film talent.

Sunday @ 1 PM EST — Bringing the Harry Potter Films to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Learn from the experts how prop design ideas move from the silver screen to becoming real life theme park experiences.

Bookmark this page and come back on Friday and Saturday—we’ll have the live streams right here for you. And stay tuned on Universal Orlando’s Twitter for Periscope coverage.

Plus, you can follow along with #HPCelebration the whole weekend!

Did you hear the “un-responsiveness” to the announcement about the exhibition going to Brussels? Yeah, glad that wasn’t just me.
